Meet the Anchors:

Ryan McBoyle

Ryan McBoyle is a filmmaker, men’s work facilitator, and breathwork guide driven to shifting the collective consciousness of humanity by helping people reconnect with their innate power and wisdom. As a leader of men’s circles and founder of Valhalla Breathwork, Ryan creates sacred spaces for men to rediscover their inner Warrior, embrace vulnerability, and take radical responsibility for their lives and their internal and external Kingdoms. His work centers on the belief that all lasting change begins within the self, and that by reclaiming personal authority, individuals can co-create a more conscious and empowered reality in union with God. An artist and creative at heart, through visually compelling storytelling, Ryan also challenges conventional narratives and explores esoteric themes that invite deep introspection for his viewers with the intention of shifting cultural paradigms.

Mike Canales

Michael Canales, a husband and father of four, began his journey of transformation in 2009 when he achieved sobriety through the support of Alcoholics Anonymous after years of struggling with substance abuse. Once sober, he pursued his dream of becoming a barber, leading to the creation of a small chain of barbershops. However, despite his external success, he realized that an inner void remained unfulfilled. During covid, Michael participated in an ayahuasca ceremony that profoundly shifted his perspective, helping him reconnect with his deeper self beyond societal labels and identities. This experience marked the beginning of a new chapter in his personal growth. In 2022, Michael co-founded The Energy Stack, an event combining a hapè ceremony with breathwork and cold plunging. This soon evolved into biannual men’s retreats, where participants spend three nights in locations such as beautiful southern Utah, engaging in desert hikes, visiting ancient sites, sitting with plant medicines, and participating in intentional activities. These retreats also offer men the opportunity to connect with other men on a similar path of self-discovery and improvement. With an open heart, Michael is committed to sharing his life experiences, helping men remember their power, being a mirror for others, and continuing his journey as a lifelong student.

Seth Marr-Evans

Toma Toha

Toma Toha is a complementary medicine guide and spiritual interpreter. After 20 years as a mechanical engineer, an unforeseen Near-Death Experience (NDE) redirected his path. He explains that facing judgment in the afterlife and encountering Spirit and Soul transformed his previously rational and narrow mindset, initiating a journey through burnout, psychotherapy, and psychonautics. This process led him to leave the corporate world and eventually relocate to Brazil for deep healing. There, he worked intensively with Ayahuasca and the Huni Kuin Tribe of the Amazon, overcoming a shaman complex. Toma now advocates for the authentic preservation of Indigenous traditions while opposing the cultural appropriation of New Age Shamanism. In addition, he processed his relationship with both Death and God. His purpose emerged through collaboration with his wife, a psychologist, as they transitioned into psychedelic therapy. Over time, he became a storyteller, drawing from his NDE and research. He mentors individuals with the intent to inspire them to add more layers to their perspectives. He creates a space for them to distill shared insights, form or reinforce their spiritual foundation, discover new directions, and develop their own self-improvement concepts. His focus is on service and contributing meaningfully to the collective. On a personal level, he aims to use this leadership opportunity to confront ongoing shadow work, refine his hands-off teaching approach, and remain a student in his own journey of learning.

Hootan Ziary

Hootan Ziary is a refugee from Iran who, like so many other men, became a financially successful young adult with depression, addiction, and substance abuse. It was from this place of despair 5 years ago that he began his awakening journey. Today he is a somatic therapist and a spiritual teacher assisting individuals in finding a greater sense of safety, connection, and worthiness in their bodies to create a life that is in alignment with their souls. He is trained in Mindfulness, HeartMath, and Somatic Experiencing. It is his belief that the body holds the keys to liberation, that a well-regulated nervous system is the greatest GPS ever created, and that a deeper connection with the body and the Earth will lead to a greater connection with God and all of Existence. 

Chase Hoskins

Chase Hoskins is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience, having founded and run multiple successful businesses. His journey took a profound turn when, through a deep depression, he awakened to his true passion: men’s work. Chase now dedicates his life to guiding men through emotional struggles, teaching them how to move energy through their bodies and find deeper meaning in the process. As a visionary entrepreneur, he thrives on innovative ideas that pave the way to a better world. He believes that humanity is on a path to a greater world full of connection, openness, and love, and that this future will be built by everyday men who take full responsibility for their lives and their contribution to the collective. Chase is committed to helping men embrace this responsibility and become leaders of positive change.

Manuel Botjan

Manuel Botjan born in Germany with Russian Roots, is a compassionate leader and dedicated guide in the field of personal and spiritual development. With a deep commitment to facilitating, teaching, and certifying in ceremonial breathwork, Manuel empowers individuals to harness the transformative power of their god-gifted breath as a bridge and pathway to self-discovery and profound healing. As a certified Mental & Neuro-Resonance Master Coach, Manuel seamlessly integrates effective coaching techniques with his breathwork practice, offering a holistic perspective that integrates the body, mind and Soul. His background in working with sacred plants, energy work and trauma-informed bodywork enriches his Serving, allowing him to address emotional and physical well-being in a comprehensive way. His open-hearted, loving, and nonjudgmental approach builds trust and connection, enabling clients to embark on transformative journeys towards authenticity and self-acceptance.
