I have been practising mirror work after taking your course last year. I couldn't make the live but I have just finished watching the recording. One thing that I have been struggling with was the intimacy side, and hearing you talk about how your shadow was damaged by you allowing yourself to be used, really resonated with me and I feel so hopeful that I can now start to work on that with this new information which will enable me to be more compassionate with myself.
